Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant

Requirements
A recognised Diploma in Executive Secretaryship / Secretarial Science / Office Management or equivalent;
Credit in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics at SPM / MCE / SPMV Level ;
Preferably with a minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in a secretarial function; and
Good command of both written and spoken English


Executive Officer / International Department

Role Purpose
•Assist the supervisor in planning, coordinating and facilitating the development and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and initiatives within the department, to manage and maintain IT resources as well as to assist in coordinating and preparing the Department's yearly budget requirements.

Principal Accountabilities
KMO

Continuously build awareness and explore how knowledge management can be embedded in the strategies and core processes of the department so as to build a knowledge culture in the department.
Assist the supervisor in managing the knowledge management requirements in the department so as to develop a KM infrastructure, including its library, knowledge database.
Perform research and continuously value add the department’s knowledge on pertinent KM issues and trends which may impact the department’s strategies and processes.

COMPUTER / IT RELATED

Administer and maintain the computer resources/IT equipments (computers/Notebooks/printers) and services in the Department.
Provide effective and efficient support, guidance and overcome problems (trouble shoot) faced by users related to the use computer facilities.
Assist the supervisor in preparing the budget for computer-related equipment for the Department as well as to work closely with Jabatan Perkhidmatan IT (JIT) in monitoring repairs and maintenance of computer equipment.
Monitor the movements of PCs and computer-related equipment in the Department.

OPERATING PLAN

Assist the supervisor in preparing and monitoring department’s budget needs.
Ensure all expenditures are within the budget procedures as set out by the Bank.
Identify appropriate budget allocations required by the Department for all administrative budget such as IT Budget, Asset Acquisition Budget, Supplementary Budget, etc..

Ability to perform multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Leverage on IT.

Able to cope with voluminous administrative work.
Able to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
Academic qualification:

Diploma in any related field.(at least a 2nd Class Upper (or equivalent)) or a professional qualification in Accounting / Financial Engineering / Islamic Banking / Insurance / Actuarial Science / Finance / Commercial Law / Statistics / Mathematics or Economics.

Credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathemathics at SPM/SPMV level.

Experience:

At least 2 years working experience.

Other Requirement:

A Malaysian citizen, aged 35 years and below
